We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50 and free standard international shipping on orders over $150.
Our products ship from Monday to Friday, within 2-7 BUSINESS days, (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)!
USPS standard shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days for domestic deliveries. Standard international shipping takes approximately 7-15 business days. There are options available for expedited shipping at checkout.
For international orders, customs clearance is not included at checkout. You may have to pay the carrier duties and taxes when you receive the packages.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
It is vitally important for you to provide a correct name and address to ensure smooth delivery. If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent out again.

When will my order arrive?
Shipping time varies by destination. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery from the expected delivery date.
For international orders: We recommend using https://www.17track.net/ for complete tracking info for your package, as well as pasting the tracking code with your local post mail services.

Please check with family or household members first, or other areas where your package may end up. Make sure your address was correct when it was sent.
O2OneStudio is not liable for any lost, stolen, custom fees, custom duties countries may apply or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier.
O2OneStudio is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

I'd like to cancel my order.
If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us (returns@o2onestudio.com) to cancel or change your order; you can cancel or change your order for free before it is shipped.
In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once the package leave the warehouse, it cannot be canceled or amended.
My address is incorrect. What do I do?
If your order status is unfulfilled you may be able to change your address. Please email us right away at returns@o2onestudio.com that way we can correct the address before sending.
However, we cannot guarantee that we will get to your email before your order ships since orders are shipped as quickly as possible.
Once your order is fulfilled, it cannot be modified. We recommend that you monitor your tracking number and contact your carrier for more information.
If we receive back your package we will charge to resend a brand new package with new label or a refund will be issued minus the full shipping cost.
O2OneStudio is not responsible for mis-delivered orders due to an incorrect address.
Package was returned to Sender. Unclaimed Packages.
If your package was returned to us for Insufficient Address or Unclaimed packages, we will charge a full shipping label cost to resend. Varies from package weight and total.

Store credit will be issued excluding shipping for packages that are no longer wanted. Packages will need to arrive at our facilities to process the store credit refund process. Full refunds for these packages will not be given.
Please note: packages that have been unclaimed stay at your local post offices for up to 3 weeks, please follow up with your tracking number to see where your package is located.
International Shoppers:
We currently do not ship to the following countries: Mexico, China, Turkey, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Cuba, Iran, Vietnam, Guatemala, North Korea, the Crimean region of Ukraine, Sudan, and Syria.
Customers located outside of the US must have a matching billing and shipping address. Your order will be canceled if your international addresses don’t match.
Tips:
- Please ensure all delivery details are correct as once the parcel leaves our facility we are unable to change any information or intercept the item
- We make the best efforts to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected by our staff for damages and defects prior to leaving the warehouse. In the case of defective or wrong items, please contact customer service via e-mail returns@o2onestudio.com within three (3) business days of delivery and provide the nature of the defect. Any claims made after (3) business days will NOT be accepted.
- In a rare circumstance, O2OneStudio is not liable to refund or replace an item if your parcel is lost in transit, once it has been dispatched from our facility.
- Once your parcel is dispatched from our facility, O2OneStudio is no longer liable. In a rare circumstance if your item was lost or stolen in transit, O2OneStudio bears no responsibility to refund or replace your item.
- If taxes and customs fees are not paid on arrival, we will be unable to refund the parcel once it has been returned to us. We are only able to provide a store credit once the parcel has been received.
- Please note that O2OneStudio is not liable for any freight charges, international duties or taxes incurred by delivery, refused shipment or unclaimed goods. Please refer to your home country's government website for tax and duties charges for a full breakdown.
