• Estimated Production Time: Orders are completed sequentially and may take anywhere from 3 to 15 days to finish.
• For particularly complex designs, the production time may extend up to 30 days.

- Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


- Exceptions / non-returnable items

With the proper care, your jewelry can last a long time.

The crocheted items are not waterproof, so please keep accessory away from water and take off when showering or swimming. Gold Filled, Vermeil & Plated jewelry can tarnish when in contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products. If the jewellery needs cleaning, baby wipes can be used to spot clean the surface gently. If you do not intend to use the accessories for a period of time, keeping in a sealed bag can help maintain the metallic luster of the hardware.
